Preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance performed both in the field and in the office **JOB POSITION:** Mechanic **LOCATION:** Linhares \- ES **DESCRIPTION:** * Perform advanced diagnostics on engines, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, mechanical systems, and air-conditioning systems in tractors, harvesters, sprayers, planters, and other agricultural equipment, applying high-level technical expertise and utilizing conventional, specialized, and electronic tools to identify and resolve faults and optimize equipment performance on a daily basis. * Serve as the technical reference for the team regarding complex diagnostics, providing support and guidance to assist in resolving critical issues whenever necessary. * Carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance in the field and in the office, following technical procedures to ensure equipment reliability and functionality on a daily basis. * Deliver basic training sessions for technical teams and customers, sharing knowledge about specialized equipment to improve operation and maintenance practices as needed. * Develop advanced technical solutions for specific customer requirements, customizing equipment to meet business needs to ensure process suitability and optimization upon request. * Provide on-site support at branch offices and strategic customers, identifying and resolving issues to minimize negative impacts on delivery reputation and ensure customer satisfaction as required. * Complete technical service reports documenting performed activities and diagnostics in designated systems (E\-tim, EST, CLM) to ensure proper information control on a daily basis. * Conduct technical handovers of equipment to customers, adhering to manufacturer procedures to guide correct usage whenever necessary. * Prepare parts orders, technical reports, and service requests using internal systems and according to operational demand to ensure continuity of maintenance activities on a daily basis. * Participate in factory-provided technical training programs, following the manufacturer's structured curriculum to enhance technical knowledge and implement improvements in daily work as scheduled. * Maintain an organized workplace and tools, and keep company vehicles in good condition to preserve the work environment and operational functionality continuously. * Interpret manufacturer-provided technical manuals and drawings, using them as references when performing services whenever necessary. * Conduct operational tests after maintenance, following technical procedures to verify equipment functionality whenever necessary. * Perform general maintenance on air-conditioning systems using conventional tools to repair defective equipment whenever necessary. * Carry out machine adaptation services, such as ballasting, following the operation manual to adjust equipment to customers' specific needs every two weeks. * Support precision agriculture field operations using specialized electronic tools to resolve issues upon request. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed technical education in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields, with advanced certifications provided by equipment manufacturers or industry-recognized institutions. **BENEFITS:** * Meal Voucher; * Food Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Dental Insurance; * Farmes Pharmacy Network Agreement; * Life Insurance.
