Occupational Safety Technician

A company located in Alcântara \- SG is seeking a professional to work in the field of Occupational Safety, performing accident prevention activities, promoting occupational health, and complying with legal requirements for Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S). Main Responsibilities * Draft, monitor, and revise Occupational Safety and Occupational Medicine documents, such as: * PGR (Risk Management Program); * Implementation of NR 01 (psychosocial); * PCMSO; * LTCAT; * PPP; * Service Orders; * Technical reports and expert opinions; * Control of PPE records. * Conduct safety inspections in workplaces. * Identify occupational hazards and propose preventive and corrective measures. * Deliver Occupational Safety training, including: * Onboarding of new employees; * NR\-06 – PPE; * NR\-12 – Machinery and Equipment; * NR\-35 – Working at Heights; * DDS (Daily Safety Dialogue); * Other trainings as required by operational needs. * Track expiration dates and records of mandatory training. * Support accident and incident investigations. * Monitor operational activities and conduct internal audits. * Ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs) and current legislation. * Support prevention initiatives, campaigns, and health and safety programs. Requirements * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety; * Active registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); * Knowledge of labor legislation and Regulatory Standards; * Experience drafting OH&S documents; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Strong communication and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with INDEXMED system; * Knowledge of eSocial OH&S module; * Experience delivering training and onboarding sessions; * Field operational experience.
