Logistics Operations Supervisor

Description

**Responsibilities** Supervise daily contract operations, ensuring efficient execution of defined processes and adherence to established operational workflows. Directly monitor field and yard routines, guaranteeing on-time delivery, quality standards, and safety requirements. Support implementation of operational improvements by identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions. Serve as the liaison between the operational team and coordination, ensuring clear communication and alignment with strategic guidelines. Promote activity organization, operational discipline, and strong team performance, fostering a productive and collaborative environment. **Key Activities** * Monitor cargo collection, verification, and processing stages, ensuring operational compliance and minimizing errors * Supervise execution of defined routes, ensuring on-time delivery and guiding the team in operational adjustments when necessary * Track delivery progress via system, handling operational incidents and reporting deviations to coordination * Verify issuance of fiscal documents (invoices and CT\-es), ensuring adherence to established procedures * Monitor return flows and unsuccessful delivery resolutions, ensuring proper route completion * Guide drivers and assistants on operational rules, safety regulations, and service standards * Support execution of action plans defined by coordination to achieve operational targets * Supervise daily logistics activities, ensuring organization, productivity, and quality * Monitor usage of operational resources (fleet, personnel, and supplies), contributing to cost control * Support management of the operational team (drivers, assistants, and support staff), monitoring performance and discipline * Conduct daily operational alignment sessions with the team (DDS, quick route meetings, operational briefings) * Support relationships with service providers, ensuring compliance with operational instructions * Monitor field operations, actively solving problems (“hands\-on” approach) **Training** **Education and Professional Experience** * Education: Currently pursuing or completed bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields * Minimum 1–3 years of experience in logistics or transportation operations * Experience in warehouse, yard, or distribution (Last Mile) operational routines * Basic knowledge of TMS/WMS systems and tracking tools * Experience in cargo verification and dispatch processes * Familiarity with route planning and delivery tracking * Experience supporting operational teams, preferably drivers and assistants **Requirements, Technical Qualifications, and Key Competencies** * Basic knowledge of operational cost control (fuel, damages, productivity) * Ability to monitor operational KPIs (SLA, deliveries completed, failures) * Availability for field work and various shifts * Ability to organize and manage multiple simultaneous tasks * Basic knowledge of cargo transportation safety regulations * Skill in reading and interpreting operational data * Strong communication skills for alignment with operational teams and leadership **Advantages** * Technical or professional training courses in Logistics or Transportation * Prior experience in Last Mile or E\-commerce operations * Strong communication skills with operational teams and contracted drivers * Proactive profile with interest in professional development Salary: R$4\.000,00 \- R$5\.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
