So, are you ready to become a TSM? **Learn more about this opportunity below:** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, organize, control resources, procedures, and timelines for administrative or business processes; * Organize project teams, assign responsibilities, and define resource requirements; * Map logistics processes (warehousing, inventory, distribution); * Develop improvement projects in the logistics area; * Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards; * Monitor and report on project status, including deadlines and personnel allocation; * Monitor and analyze results. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Logistics, or related fields; * Experience managing logistics projects; * Experience in logistics operations, warehousing, transportation, inventory, and distribution; * Knowledge of logistics systems; * Advanced Excel skills; * Willingness to travel. **Additional Information** Department: Logistics Work Model: Hybrid Opportunity available for Itapeva/MG and São José/SC locations People come first here That’s why our benefits were designed to promote **well-being, development, and quality of life**.
