You will be responsible for order picking, verifying quantities and specifications, and maintaining an organized warehouse. You will also assist in product dispatch activities. If this opportunity resonates with you—and you are equally passionate about your work—come discover the challenge Bauducco is offering you! **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsibilities Ensure order picking, verification, and loading, guaranteeing order integrity and compliance with quality standards; monitor operational KPIs (productivity, accuracy, service level); address discrepancies, damages, and non-conformities; propose and support implementation of improvements in dispatch processes. Lead internal teams and coordinate third-party support, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing continuous guidance; ensure compliance with safety regulations, proper use of PPE, and organizational practices (5S). Support cyclic and general inventory activities and collaborate with Transportation, Planning, Quality, and Occupational Health & Safety (SST) departments to ensure smooth operations. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Logistics, Administration, or related fields preferred). Knowledge of logistics processes, especially dispatch and inventory control. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Full availability of working hours. Availability to work onsite at the Itapeva DC—address: Estrada Municipal do Mandu, 15, Galpões G1 to G6, CEP 37655\-000 Preferred Knowledge of WMS systems. Previous experience as Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar role in DC/dispatch operations. Experience in high-volume distribution centers. Familiarity with logistics KPIs and continuous improvement tools (5S, PDCA, Lean).
