Job Description | Logistics Assistant I The Logistics Assistant will be responsible for performing operational activities at the logistics center, supporting receiving, warehousing, picking, and order dispatch processes. Your role is to ensure operational routines are carried out with organization, quality, and safety—contributing to the efficiency of the logistics flow and the end-customer experience. Key Responsibilities Perform receiving, inspection, and warehousing activities for goods; Carry out order picking, packaging, and labeling; Support shipping and dispatch processes; Follow warehouse quality, safety, and organization standards; Comply with operational procedures and leadership instructions; Support inventory counts and related routines; Maintain equipment, materials, and work area; Contribute to achieving productivity and quality targets. Requirements Completed high school education; Ability to work effectively in a team; Willingness to learn and follow operational processes; Availability for a 5x2 rotating schedule; Commitment to safety and quality in task execution. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations; Experience in distribution centers or e-commerce environments; Basic knowledge of data collectors or WMS systems; Experience with picking, packing, or inventory routines.
