In the meantime, please keep your information updated and complete all online assessment steps so we can learn more about you. **Responsibilities and Duties** About the position: * Perform humanized and welcoming admission processes for patients and foreign nationals seeking clinical or surgical, elective or emergency treatments; * Accurately and completely register emergency and/or elective (outpatient and SADT) patient visits; * Request health insurance authorization for emergency visits, consultations, and exams; * Correctly complete the shift incident logbook; * Receive private invoices when necessary; * Welcome and clearly guide customers, addressing their diverse requests either in person or by phone; * Receive items from customers, physicians, and management, as well as correspondence; record receipt and forward to recipients or inform them about storage at reception; * Perform administrative tasks assigned by supervisors to ensure smooth departmental operations; * Interact with other departments to gather required data or information; Other related duties. * **Requirements and Qualifications** If customer enchantment and excellence in service resonate with you, the Service Area at Rede Américas is where you belong.
