Also act as guardian of Citrosuco’s project governance and management methodology, promoting executive visibility over status, risks, opportunities, required decisions, and outcomes, and contributing to achievement of strategic objectives, continuous improvement adoption, and organizational knowledge consolidation.
Your Responsibilities
* Directly lead medium- and high-complexity projects simultaneously across their entire lifecycle, with accountability for timeline, cost, scope, quality, and benefits;
* Perform end-to-end project management—from business case structuring (NPV, IRR, payback), scope, schedule, and budget through closure and post-audit—with auditable baselines and traceable assumptions;
* Serve as the technical reference in project management, ensuring consistent application of governance, methodology, and tools, and supporting leaders and teams in executing strategic, operational, and transformational initiatives with data-driven decision-making;
* Coordinate across business areas, suppliers, and strategic stakeholders as the primary integration point for assigned projects—including Agricultural Operations, SCM, Industry, Quality, SSMA, R&D, Technology & Innovation;
* Develop and report executive-level status updates to sectoral committees and the CAPEX Commission—including schedule, costs, risks, opportunities, dependencies, required decisions, and value capture—with information quality appropriate for C-level decision-making;
* Monitor physical and financial CAPEX execution in SAP (cash and accrual basis), ensuring alignment with approved values and forecast accuracy of disbursements;
* Proactively manage risks and issues, ensuring critical risks are accompanied by mitigation plans and structured alternatives for decision-making;
* Contribute to portfolio prioritization and balancing, aligning initiatives with company strategic objectives and recommending trade-offs to the Coordinator and Specialist;
* Facilitate governance forums (committees, gates, rituals), ensuring information quality, timeliness, and decision focus;
* Monitor strategic KPIs and performance indicators (CPI, SPI, EVM, S-curve) using Power BI portfolio dashboards;
* Promote continuous improvement of the project management methodology by disseminating best practices, lessons learned, and standardizations;
* Apply change management plan instruments (Prosci/ADKAR), communications, trainings, and adoption actions in transformational projects per guidance from the Specialist;
