Ensure food quality, hygiene, and presentation **JOB: COOK AT MOTEL – AFTERNOON/NIGHT SHIFT** We are hiring a Cook to join our team for the night shift. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare meals, snacks, and portions according to the company's menu; * Organize and manage food inventory; * Ensure food quality, hygiene, and presentation; * Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization; * Strictly adhere to food safety regulations and good hygiene practices; * Monitor product expiration dates and proper storage; * Support planning and restocking of supplies; * Follow internal procedures and quality standards. **Working Hours:** * Rotating schedule of 6 days on / 1 day off, Sunday through Monday, with 1 weekly day off and 1 Sunday off per month * Shift: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM **Requirements:** * Proven experience in this role; * Knowledge of good food handling practices; * Organization, efficiency, responsibility, and commitment; * Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Minimum wage as per the occupational category * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Job Type: Full-time CLT Pay: R$1.801,00 - R$2.400,00 per month Work Location: On-site
