Ensure food quality, hygiene, and presentation **JOB: MOTEL COOK – AFTERNOON SHIFT FROM 2:00 PM TO 10:00 PM** We are hiring a Cook to join our team for the night shift. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare meals, snacks, and portions according to the company's menu; * Organize and manage food inventory; * Ensure food quality, hygiene, and presentation; * Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization; * Strictly adhere to food safety regulations and good practices; * Monitor product expiration dates and proper storage; * Support planning and replenishment of supplies; * Follow internal procedures and quality standards. **Work Schedule:** * Shift: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM * Rotating schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off, Sunday to Monday, with 1 weekly day off and 1 Sunday off per month **Requirements:** * Proven experience in this role; * Knowledge of good food handling practices; * Organization, agility, responsibility, and commitment; * Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 1.801,00 * Meal allowance: R$ 347,00 * Transportation allowance * Formal employment registration under CLT Job Type: Full-time CLT Payment: R$1.801,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
