The Facilities Analyst will play a strategic role in infrastructure management, directly contributing to the quality of internal services and the continuity of company operations. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage and oversee facilities services (e.g., cleaning, property security, building maintenance, landscaping, etc.); * Monitor supplier contracts, ensuring SLA compliance and service quality; * Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities; * Administer the department’s budget, pursuing efficiency and cost reduction; * Conduct periodic inspections across units to identify improvement needs; * Support asset and infrastructure management; * Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations; * Address operational issues related to infrastructure; * Prepare managerial reports and performance indicators for the department. **Preferred Experience:** --------------------------- * Prior experience in facilities management, building administration, or related areas; * Experience managing contracts and suppliers; * Experience in industrial, agricultural, or corporate environments is a plus; * Proven track record in cost control and process improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields; * Knowledge of facilities management, hospitality, and building maintenance; * Experience with management tools (ERP, advanced Excel); * Familiarity with occupational safety standards and applicable legislation; * Negotiation and supplier management skills; * Strong communication and interpersonal relationship abilities; * Organization, prioritization sense, and proactivity; * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (if applicable). **Advantages:** ----------------- * Certifications in Facilities Management or Project Management (e.g., IFMA, PMP, or similar); * Knowledge of sustainability and resource management; * Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). **Additional Information** * Market-competitive salary; * Meal allowance; * Transportation; * Health insurance; * Life insurance; * Training and development programs; ### **Be Part of Our Story in Agriculture** We cultivate more than food.
