BR Pneus AutoCenter is looking for you to join our passionate team.** **Job Mission** Provide consultative service to autocenter customers, identifying their needs and offering appropriate automotive products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction, achievement of sales targets, and customer loyalty. **Main Responsibilities** * Serve customers in person, by phone, WhatsApp, and other company channels; * Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services (tires, wheel alignment, balancing, suspension, brakes, maintenance inspections, etc.); * Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms; * Monitor the execution of sold services, ensuring alignment with the technical team; * Keep customers informed about service timelines and progress; * Achieve individual and collective sales targets; * Record customer interactions, quotations, and sales in the company system; * Maintain workplace organization and uphold the company’s image; * Conduct post-sales activities and customer loyalty initiatives; * Follow company procedures, internal policies, and safety regulations. **Job Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in sales or customer service (automotive sector experience is a plus); * Basic knowledge of automotive products and services; * Familiarity with computer systems and sales software; * Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. **Behavioral Competencies** * Results-oriented; * Proactive; * Strong verbal and written communication; * Teamwork; * Commitment and accountability; * Courtesy and empathy in customer service.
