Join us as a **Logistics Assistant in São Lourenço do Oeste/SC**! You will be responsible for supporting data entry and providing delivery support to drivers and freight carriers. With your experience, your objective will be to ensure organized and controlled deliveries, while contributing to the smooth operation of logistics activities and supporting routine operational demands. **A Taste of What You’ll Do** * **WMS System Operation:** Responsible for using and monitoring the Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring accurate recording of inventory movements, including goods receipt and dispatch. * **Inventory Management:** Monitoring inventory levels, tracking expiration dates, identifying losses, and maintaining data accuracy within the system. * **Inventories:** Planning and executing cyclic and full inventories, analyzing discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions. * **Loading and Unloading Scheduling:** Scheduling and managing receiving and shipping time windows, ensuring efficient vehicle flow, optimizing time, and meeting logistical deadlines **We’re Looking for Someone With** * Completed high school education or currently pursuing higher education * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Experience with administrative routines * Availability to work on Shift B from 3:00 PM to 11:45 PM **What’s Next?** After you apply, a real recruiter will review your application, so it may take several weeks before you receive a response via e\-mail or phone.
