Prospect new customers, expanding the client portfolio and generating opportunities. **About the Opportunity:** We are seeking a **Customer Manager** to manage **post\-sales** activities with clients, ensuring commercial alignment, technical guidance, and process improvement—focused on relationship building, profitability, and KPIs such as pricing and DSO. **Responsibilities:** * Serve as the primary contact for clients after contract closure, ensuring support, commercial alignment, and satisfaction. * Conduct commercial visits to understand client needs, strengthen relationships, and identify business opportunities. * Monitor product and service delivery, ensuring compliance with commercial and contractual agreements. * Actively participate in client negotiations, adjusting pricing, commercial terms, and payment deadlines. * Clarify commercial and operational questions related to contracts and processes. * Develop and propose initiatives for customer loyalty and retention. * Monitor inventory of leased parts at client sites, maintaining control and commercial relationships. * Support clients in sizing calculations, acting as a commercial consultant. * Represent the company in commercial meetings, preparing visit schedules and interaction records. * Track commercial performance and quality indicators, contributing to action plans. * Prospect new customers, expanding the client portfolio and generating new business opportunities. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Commercial Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or International Trade. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Intermediate English proficiency or currently studying English. **Working Hours** Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Driver’s License: Class B
