Development in a collaborative environment with positive impact. **MISSION:** Responsible for managing the monitoring of pavement infrastructure, APMS (Airport Pavement Management System) management and interaction with subcontractors, as well as planning maintenance activities and managing supplies. Also collaborates with the Pavement Coordination team on annual activities, including projects, procurement planning, contract management, and communication with regulatory agencies. Tasks range from technical analyses to purchase supervision and financial control. **EDUCATION:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. **KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:** * Construction and team management; * Quality management; * Service specifications – DNIT; * AutoCAD; * MS Excel; * MS Project; **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Postgraduate degree in transportation infrastructure / Pavements; * GIS – Geographic Information Systems; * RBAC 153, RBAC 154 and respective Supplementary Instructions; * Technical Standards – DIRENG, FAA, ICAO; * Intermediate English; * Civil 3D, QGIS, Metashape, Aviplan. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage pavement infrastructure monitoring activities, including friction measurement, macrotexture assessment, PCI, IRI, LCMS surveys, pavement marking retroreflectivity testing, and inspections of PPD, taxiways (TWYs), and aircraft parking aprons; * Manage APMS (Airport Pavement Management System) interface with subcontractors, including defect registration, inputting survey data into APMS desktop, and work order management; * Plan civil airside infrastructure maintenance activities, including CSO (OPEX) presentation, NOTAM service scheduling, supporting SGSO in developing the AISO/PESO package, equipment maintenance, and opening work orders (OS) in Prisma; * Manage civil airside supply chain for maintenance, including SAP item registration, purchase requisitioning, warehouse and equipment control, material receipt supervision, and invoice (NF) entry for payments; * Collaborate with Pavement Coordination on annual procurement planning, TR preparation, technical proposal analysis, RIC preparation, contract management, feasibility studies, measurement reports, financial control, ANAC communication, PAC management, non-conformance handling, etc.; * Evaluate engineering projects and studies (pavement, earthworks, drainage, geometry, horizontal and vertical signage, etc.) and support Pavement Coordination and Project Coordination in preparing OPEA studies. **Why Join Us?** Our purpose is: CONNECT TO TRANSFORM But what does “Connect to Transform” mean?
