YOUR PROFILE: * Completed High School education. * Basic knowledge of computer applications and hotel systems and/or software. * Knowledge of cleaning products and safety equipment. * Familiarity with Food Safety standards and HACCP. * Experience in this role within the hotel, healthcare, or medium-to-large supermarket sectors. * Customer orientation, teamwork spirit, focus on employee training, resource management, high sense of responsibility and urgency, good communication skills, excellent organizational sense, rigorous cleanliness standards, and resilience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise the cleaning teams’ work in F&B areas. Supervise the cleanliness, hygiene, and organization status of the department. Request supplies for the department as needed. Support the integration and training of new employees. Evaluate team performance and implement necessary corrective actions. Assist in preparing work schedules, days off, and vacation plans. Ensure effective communication to circulate essential information required for department operations. Supervise the setup of rechauds at buffets, waste collection, and proper storage of garbage. Organize kitchenware storage rooms and kitchen items.
