




Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Technician to ensure the availability and security of systems, networks, and equipment, maintaining information flow and supporting business units. We are looking for an IT Technician to manage the IT infrastructure, ensuring that systems, networks, and equipment remain consistently available and secure. You will be a key contributor in maintaining the company's information flow and supporting business units on a daily basis. * Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networks to internal users. * Respond to technical service requests, logging and tracking all issues. * Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripherals. * Administer and monitor networks, WAN/VPN connections, and email systems. * Support the management of corporate systems (ERP) and databases. * Implement information security policies, backups, and antivirus solutions. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education in Information Technology. * Prior experience as an IT Technician / IT Support. * Knowledge of hardware, operating systems (Windows), and Microsoft Office suite. * Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, VPN). * Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining computers. * Basic knowledge of information security, backups, and antivirus solutions. * Strong communication and organizational skills.
