Monitor deadlines, set reminders, and organize the director's daily tasks. Arrange corporate and personal travel, including flights, accommodations, and logistics. Serve as the primary contact point between the director, colleagues, clients, and partners. Support the director with personal matters when necessary (e.g., appointments, payments, reservations, etc.). Organize meetings, presentations, and reports to support executive decision-making. Manage payments, expenses, and administrative requests for the executive team. Ensure confidentiality and proper organization of the company's strategic information. Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Secretary, Executive Coordinator, or Personal Secretary may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree in progress.
