Proficiency in electronic bidding platforms **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in Administration, Law, Public Management, or related fields; * Proven experience in public bidding and contracts (minimum 3 years); * Knowledge of applicable legislation (Law 14\.133/21\); * Proficiency in electronic bidding platforms (ComprasNet, Licitações\-e, etc.); **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Experience in food, healthcare, machinery, or services sectors; * Postgraduate degree in Public Management or Compliance. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Identify and monitor bidding notices and opportunities (municipal, state, and federal); * Prepare and review technical, commercial, and legal documentation; * Coordinate the team throughout bidding processes; * Represent the company in in-person and electronic auctions; * Negotiate contracts and monitor their execution; * Manage renewals and ensure compliance with public agencies.
