Supporting recruitment and payroll processes **Requirements:** Experience with Human Resources Department routines Knowledge of employment terminations, labor calculations (vacation, 13th salary, overtime, etc.), payroll systems (FOPAG), E\-social, FGTS, and ancillary obligations Availability to work Monday through Friday (with occasional Saturday requirements) **Preferred Qualification:** Familiarity with the Sankhya system **Responsibilities:** Support recruitment and onboarding processes; Provide support for labor calculations and employment terminations; Maintain and review the monthly payroll; Use of E\-social; Monitor working hours, late arrivals, absences, and time banks; Calculate overtime and compensatory time, and perform other related duties.
