The role is responsible for ensuring production, quality, safety, organization, and excellence in service delivery for **Hard Facilities services.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise the process and completion of all services within the unit, ensuring excellence in customer service while fully complying with contractual obligations; * Analyze and monitor all qualitative and quantitative performance results within the unit’s scope to optimize operations, including developing action plans, formulating strategies, and creating and implementing innovative initiatives to improve unit performance and customer service; * Be responsible for planning and preparing the unit’s annual budget, and ensure it is achieved—and ideally exceeded—throughout the year; * Establish clear communication and deliver technical, behavioral, and health & safety training.
