**Job Description** Support process and maintenance activities for automatic machines, contributing to technical development and hands-on learning in industrial routines. Will participate in activities related to automation, preventive maintenance, PLC programming, and continuous improvement projects within engineering areas. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in process and maintenance activities for automatic machines; * Participate in learning and supporting PLC maintenance and programming; * Support the planning and execution of preventive maintenance; * Assist in controlling and managing spare parts inventory; * Support continuous improvement and industrial innovation projects; * Provide technical support to engineering areas as needed; * Record information and monitor performance indicators of performed activities; * Follow internal procedures, safety standards, and industrial best practices. **Requirements** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or Mechanical Engineering. **Desired Technical Knowledge** * Basic PLC programming; * Basic knowledge of inductive, capacitive, and optical sensors; * 3D modeling and printing; * SCARA robot programming; * Problem analysis and definition of temporary and permanent solutions; * Quality tools; * Concepts of pneumatic actuators; * Basic understanding of Cartesian robots. **Benefits** * Medical assistance for the employee * Dental assistance for the employee * Food allowance * On-site meal * Transportation (shuttle service) and transportation allowance * Group life insurance * Birthday day off * Education incentive program (Corporate University) * Mental health support program (Zenklub) * Profit-sharing plan (PLR) **Location** Av.
