Job Summary: We are seeking a Doorman to manage access control and security for a condominium, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing service to residents, visitors, and service providers. Communication, responsibility, and discipline We are looking for a Doorman to oversee access control and security within the condominium, ensuring adherence to internal regulations and delivering appropriate service to residents, visitors, and service providers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor entry and exit of residents, visitors, and service providers; * Identify and register visitors; * Monitor security cameras; * Receive and organize mail and packages; * Answer intercom calls and assist residents; * Record incidents in logbooks or systems; * Follow security protocols and procedures; * Notify responsible personnel during emergencies. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; * Attention to detail, responsibility, and discipline; * Availability to work on a 12X36 shift schedule; * Prior experience in this role is preferred. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Training in doorman services, access control, or security; * Experience working in condominiums; * Familiarity with doorman management systems.
