Every time you look up at the sky to dream, we’ll be there. \#TheSkyIsBlue Have you ever thought about continuing your career takeoff with the Best Airline in the World? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day:** **** The Technician will join our **LINE MAINTENANCE** team at our **TBT** base, located in **Tabatinga/AM**. * Always perform duties with a focus on Safety and Security principles, identifying and formally reporting to Azul’s SGSO—not only incidents but, above all, hazardous situations or conditions that may pose risks to operations—acting preventively; * Carry out routine aircraft servicing on the ramp, ensuring efficiency and safety; * Monitor aircraft refueling processes, ensuring compliance with established procedures; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on aircraft, according to your CHT (Technical Qualification Certificate); * Complete all legally required documentation related to maintenance technician activities, keeping records accurate and up to date; * Strictly comply with internal standards and procedures, respecting all applicable legal regulations; * Achieve operational targets set by management, pursuing continuous improvement; * Uphold the team’s ethical conduct, encouraging best practices and professional behavior; * Actively participate in technical routines, serving as a reference for task performance and team support. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need to Bring in Your Baggage (Prerequisites):** * Completed High School education; * Two valid CHTs (GMP/CEL/AVI) issued by ANAC; * Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency; * Must be APRS-certified. **Nice-to-Have (Preferred Qualifications):** * Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree; * Three CHTs; * IIO certification. **Enjoyed Our Challenge? Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree in any field of study; * Experience in collective health or in monitoring the implementation of institutional public policies. **Desirable Requirements:** * Completed postgraduate degree in Public Management, Strategic Management, Strategic Planning, Project Management, Process Management, Public Health, or Collective Health; * Experience in project and administrative process management, preferably within public or private administration; * Knowledge of project management, monitoring, and productivity tools (e.g.: MS Project, Trello, Power BI, Google Workspace or equivalent); * Ability to coordinate with different levels of government and institutional partners; * Collaborative work skills, organization, initiative, and effective communication; * Systemic vision, analytical ability, proactivity, and prior experience in planning, monitoring, and strategic management in the public sector. **Advantages:** * Professional experience in management within Public Health or Collective Health; * Proficiency in the predominant native language of the ethnic groups within the scope of the position.
