Job Summary: Sales representative responsible for prospecting and serving customers, presenting and selling internet plans, preparing proposals, and closing contracts—with a focus on results and customer retention. Job Responsibilities: * Prospect new individual and corporate clients (door-to-door, leads, or referrals). * Present and sell internet plans and company services. * Provide in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer support. * Identify customer needs and offer the best solution. * Prepare commercial proposals and close contracts. * Record sales and customer information in the company system. * Monitor the installation process with the customer. * Maintain customer relationships to ensure retention. * Meet company-established sales targets. * Support commercial initiatives and promotional campaigns. Requirements: * Completed high school education. * Experience in sales or customer service (preferred). * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Proficiency with technology and systems. * Proactivity and results orientation.
