MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to customers, ensuring a positive and impactful experience.
Sales Area Organization: Ensure the sales area is always clean and well-organized, following standard operating procedures (SOPs). This includes:
* Table displays (tables folded neatly by size).
* Rack displays (organized by size, using correct hangers according to product families and categories).
* Daily inspection at store opening and closing, maintaining a tidy and clutter-free area.
Pricing Verification: Verify that prices displayed on racks and shelves are accurate and up-to-date for each product, ensuring all items are properly priced.
Fitting Room Returns: Return products to fitting rooms that customers decided not to purchase after trying them on.
Product Pinning and Hanger Placement: Organize and ensure correct placement of products, including pinning and hanging apparel items.
Merchandise Restocking: Restock merchandise daily based on sales and store needs, opening and unpacking boxes to ensure efficient restocking in both stockroom and sales area.
Cleanliness Maintenance: Keep the department clean and organized, including dusting tables and equipment with cloths, to ensure a pleasant environment for customers.
Shoe Lacing: Lace shoes correctly to facilitate display and customer visibility.
Fitting Room Schedule: Fulfill the fitting room schedule, inspecting and keeping fitting cabins clean after customer use.
Clothing Ironing: Iron wrinkled clothing to ensure items are presentable to customers.
Stockroom Organization: Maintain an organized stockroom according to store needs, including arranging merchandise and hardware in internal areas.
Equipment Management: Remove equipment from the sales area whenever necessary, especially during low inventory situations.
Merchandise Allocation: After merchandise is received by the store auditor, allocate products either to the sales area or to stock, ensuring proper storage.
Cashier Operations:
* Register customer purchases on PDVs.
* Sell additional items (suggest complementary products).
* Process interest-bearing installment sales (PCJ).
* Sell financial services and insurance offered by the company.
* Process merchandise exchanges according to store policy.
Store Card Customer Acquisition:
* Conduct internal customer acquisition for store card enrollment.
* Conduct external customer acquisition by approaching people near the store to enroll them in the store card.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor daily store results and targets, continuously striving to improve performance indicators.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS (NOT MANDATORY):
* Prior experience in customer service and/or sales;
* Ability to organize and maintain sales environments;
* Commitment to store goals and excellence in customer service.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
* Completed or currently pursuing high school education.
