Job Description
We are seeking a professional to support the administrative and financial management of the IT department, acting as a liaison between technological operations and budgetary control, contract, and supplier management processes. This role requires analytical thinking, organizational skills, and the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights for IT leadership, directly contributing to operational efficiency and responsible use of the company's technology resources.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Control and monitoring of the IT department's budget (OPEX and CAPEX), including forecasting and variance analysis
* Management of the technology supplier contract portfolio: renewals, adjustments, SLAs, and validity periods
* Preparation of purchase requests, quotations, and IT supplier qualification processes
* Reconciliation of invoices, fiscal notes, and software licenses with corresponding cost centers
* Support for IT asset inventory and fixed asset management processes
* Preparation of managerial reports, dashboards, and presentations
* Monitoring of IT department performance indicators (KPIs) with a focus on cost reduction and value delivery
* Interface with Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Procurement departments on IT-related processes
* Support in planning and reviewing the annual IT budget
* Registration and control of administrative processes in the company's ERP system
Requirements and Qualifications
**Education and Knowledge:**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
* Knowledge of financial and budgetary management
* Contract analysis
* Procurement and purchasing processes
**Tools and Systems:**
* Advanced Excel
* ERP (SIAGRI, TOTVS or equivalent)
* Microsoft Office 365 suite

* Familiarity with IT frameworks (ITIL, COBIT or similar)
