General support in quality control and logistics processes. **Position \- Research and Development** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Support the development of multi-crop experiments to deliver integrated and customized solutions to the company's technical-commercial department and farmers; have the opportunity to interact with researchers and the scientific community, validating regionally developed concepts and participating in the creation of new projects. **REQUIREMENTS:** Knowledge of experimental conduct is desirable; undergraduate students majoring in Agronomy. **Position \- Seed Quality** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Perform routine tasks in the seed analysis laboratory, with focus on soybean and corn crops; conduct germination and vigor tests according to official methodologies and internal procedures; participate in all stages of the process—from sample receipt and verification, preparation and setup of tests, to evaluation and interpretation of results; perform seed sampling following established technical standards and criteria. **REQUIREMENTS:** Basic computer skills, especially Excel; ability to follow standards, procedures, and laboratory routines; interest in seeds and quality control. **Position \- Seed Distribution Center and TSI** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Support in receiving third-party seed shipments; monitor invoice verifications against physical goods; inspect incoming shipments for infestation; be introduced to batch sampling procedures; extract and analyze inventory, sales order, and portfolio reports; begin creating and updating the storage map; organize and manage fiscal and operational documents; digitize, rename, and organize documents into specific folders; prepare damage reports for received materials; implement and maintain organization and cleanliness practices (5S); prepare loading checklists; issue outgoing invoices; monitor and assist in physical inventory counts; support internal and/or external audits, if applicable; prepare seed treatment orders; continue monitoring TSI-related processes; support order picking and dispatch; provide general support in quality control and logistics processes; assist in field quality complaint handling; consolidate activities with a focus on supervised autonomy; finalize documentation and prepare the internship report. **REQUIREMENTS:** Excel proficiency **Additional Information:** VA or VR card: BRL 310.50 Transportation allowance (no employee deduction); Life insurance; Stipend: BRL 1\.500 per month.
