Job Summary: This assistant will support the production of bread, savory snacks, cakes, and desserts, ensuring quality and adherence to good manufacturing practices, as well as performing sector sanitation. Affirmative action position – available for persons with disabilities (PCD) **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Rotating shift \| 44 hours per week **Level:** Not specified **Employment type:** Permanent – CLT * Assist in bread, savory snacks, cake, and dessert production activities, following company quality standards and good manufacturing practices; * Prepare baking pans and bake doughs, adhering to standards based on type (quality, temperature, time, and size); * Store bread according to cooling standards; * Sanitize machines, equipment, bread preparation tables, and other sector-related items; * Assist in packaging, removing products from ovens, and supporting production as directed; * Assist in producing cake and dessert batters, fillings, and laminated doughs according to recipes and quality standards; * Perform other sector/store tasks as needed and per supervisor's instructions. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Preferred: Completed high school education; * No prior experience required; * Communication skills and ability to work in a team; * **AFFIRMATIVE ACTION POSITION \- AVAILABLE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES (PCD).** **Work location:** Sinop/MT **Benefits:** On-site snack, Health insurance, Performance bonus, Life insurance, Meal allowance
