Job Summary: We are seeking a Consortium Coordinator to monitor, train, and support the sales team, conduct sales, manage the portfolio of shares, and supervise bid offerings and assemblies. Maximization of allocations in assemblies **JOB TITLE:** Consortium Coordinator **LOCATION:** Linhares \- ES **DESCRIPTION:** * Monitor, train, and accompany commercial department staff in the field, using performance control tools and KPIs. * Conduct sales and register new shares, issuing invoices and offering bids to select the best consortium group and expand the company's reach. * Support consultants in sales and credit simulations, using simulation and customer service platforms. * Provide in-person and digital channel assistance to consortium members. * Contribute to portfolio management of shares using the NewCom system and Proseg portal to maintain share payment compliance and prevent delays. * Supervise bid offerings and assemblies using the NewCom system to maximize the number of allocations. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed High School education.
