Job Summary: This position supports food quality and safety assurance by inspecting materials, collecting samples, and assisting with administrative tasks within the department. Key Highlights: 1. In this role, you will support food quality assurance and related food safety processes, inspect incoming packaging materials and raw materials, assist in sample collection, and support the submission of invoices/receipts for payment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct inspection of incoming packaging materials and raw materials, verify documentation, collect samples, and perform tests. * Support the physicochemical department in water sample collection and testing for chlorine and pH. * Support the physicochemical and microbiology departments in sample collection from on-site and external warehouses. * Assist Management with department-related activities, such as reviewing procedures. * Support the Quality team by submitting invoices for payment and maintaining control records of these submissions. * Support the Quality team in preparing documentation for sample shipment to customers or external laboratories. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education**: Completed High School or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Food Engineering or Production, Pharmacy or Chemistry, Law). * **Knowledge**: Food Quality and Safety Management Systems—FSSC 22000 and Good Manufacturing Practices. * **Computer Skills**: Basic Microsoft Office Suite. * **Attitudes**: Communication skills, analytical mindset, systemic vision, logical reasoning, and teamwork. **Additional Information** **WE VALUE DIVERSITY AND TALENT!** We do not discriminate among candidates based on gender, age, race/ethnicity, sexual orientation, origin, or any type of disability.
