Responsible for budgeting and quality control on construction sites. 2. Assisting in team coordination and workforce management on construction sites. 3. Quality control on site, maintenance, and managerial reporting. **Job Description** **Responsibilities and Desired Experience** · Responsible for budgets and quantification, all within the company's quality management system, verifying delivery deadlines and checking invoices and purchase orders; · Entering data into the SIENGE ERP procurement module, strictly adhering to the company's quality standards—covering receipt, dispatch, inventory, quality, etc.; · Verifying work performed and completing Service Inspection Records on site, fully compliant with required quality standards; · Directly assisting in coordinating on-site staff to ensure compliance with company policies and safeguarding company assets, including overall oversight of hiring and employee termination; · On-site quality control—including concrete test specimens, equipment maintenance, and project documentation; · Sending emails and monthly reports to company administration, keeping them informed of any relevant details. · Biweekly closing with submission of reports regarding employees and third-party companies. **Essential Requirements:** \- Highly organized and integrity-driven \- Intermediate Excel proficiency \- Ethics, ownership mindset, teamwork, and commitment \- Affinity with technology, including software installation, ERP systems, and Windows. \- Desire to work on construction sites, specifically in building construction.
