Job Summary: Responsible for developing and implementing customer relationship strategies, portfolio management, and financial consulting for cooperative members, aiming at profitability and customer retention. Expansion and retention of the customer portfolio **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1-hour break **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Responsible for developing and implementing customer relationship strategies, including product and service portfolio management, support to business teams, and PA-related processes—including PJ members—through marketing of existing portfolio products and services, as well as delivering financial consulting focused on the cooperative member’s needs and the cooperative’s results, aiming at profitability and portfolio expansion, promoting service quality, efficiency and standardization, achievement of established targets, and offering products and services solutions aligned with customer expectations and loyalty within the assigned area of responsibility **Requirements:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Fields: Administration, Economics, Accounting Sciences, or related fields); CPA 10 certification; Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office); Proficiency in negotiation of financial products and services; Knowledge of credit cooperative legislation; Proficiency in customer service and sales techniques; Proficiency in the financial market; Proficiency in credit policies; Proficiency in regulations issued by BACEN, CVM, and ANBIMA; Proficiency in financial mathematics; Proficiency in products and services (funding and credit, bank collections, etc.). **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Gym allowance, Daycare allowance, Education allowance, Clothing allowance, Corporate mobile phone, Profit-sharing program, Private pension plan, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Food voucher, Transportation voucher
