Job Summary: The professional will perform operational support activities in the store, including inventory control, customer service, product receiving and dispatching, and warehouse organization maintenance, contributing to achieving store goals. Opportunity at an innovative and bold company **Address** JULIO DE CASTILHOS, 2150, CENTRO \- Caxias do Sul, RS **Job Responsibilities** * Assist in product inbound and outbound operations; * Manage inventory and after-sales (operational exchange activities); * Support initiatives improving store inventory turnover; * Assist in store inventory control; * Serve customers and guide them regarding delivery, exchange, and technical support procedures; * Receive, inspect, and dispatch products; * Organize and maintain cleanliness of the store warehouse; * Package products and prepare parcels; * Support service sales, telemarketing, document filing, and other tasks aimed at achieving overall store targets. **Requirements** * Completed High School education; * Availability to work on weekends (6x1 rotating schedule); * Completed High School education; * Must be 18 years or older; * Flexible availability regarding working hours; We seek individuals who are customer-focused, possess strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, flexibility, and creativity.
