Customer Assistance and Service** * Provide empathetic customer service, interpreting prescriptions and advising on medication usage, dosage, interactions, and side effects. * Clarify questions from customers and staff by conducting research and consulting reliable sources. * Promote safe and effective dispensing of medications, including psychotropic drugs and antibiotics. **2.
