**Responsibilities and Duties**
Act as the technical reference in the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with current legislation, promoting rational drug use, delivering qualified pharmaceutical care, and contributing to business results and service excellence.
**1\. Customer Assistance and Service**
* Provide human-centered service, interpreting prescriptions and advising on usage, dosage, drug interactions, and side effects.
* Clarify customer and staff questions through research and consultation of reliable sources.
* Ensure safe and effective dispensing of medications, including psychotropic drugs and antibiotics.
**2\. Technical and Legal Management**
* Serve as the official technical representative of the establishment before regulatory bodies (CRF, Health Surveillance, ANVISA, etc.).
* Ensure documentary compliance: permits, authorizations, licenses, contracts, and mandatory registrations.
* Maintain the National System for Controlled Drugs (SNGPC) up to date, submit movement reports, and monitor irregularities.
**3\. Drug Control and Storage**
* Supervise product storage, expiration dates, and pricing.
* Oversee inventory control and auditing of medications, especially those subject to special control (Ordinance 344/98\).
* Ensure proper archiving of prescriptions and mandatory reports.
**4\. Team Supervision and Development**
* Train and guide staff on good dispensing practices, current legislation, and government programs (e.g., Farmácia Popular).
* Monitor appropriate use of prescription forms, stamps, and sales registration systems.
**5\. Operational Processes and Quality**
* Keep Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Practices Manual, and Waste Management Plan (PGRSS) updated and ensure daily implementation.
* Guarantee hygiene, organization, and proper functioning of the department according to sanitary regulations.
* Monitor ambient and equipment temperatures with updated records.
**6\. Strategic Participation**
* Support store goals by technically promoting pharmaceutical products and services.
* Participate in meetings, training sessions, and audits, supporting continuous improvement and alignment with company guidelines.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy;
* Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Legislation;
* Flexible availability for work hours;
* Availability to work on weekends and holidays;
* Active CRF registration or in process of activation.
