Responsible for organizing a safe and healthy work environment, preventing occupational accidents and diseases. Performing risk analysis, developing safety plans, conducting training, inspections, and accident investigations.
* Risk analysis in collaboration with contracted consultants;
* Development of safety plans, emergency procedures, and accident prevention programs;
* Training on the use of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE), as well as emergency procedures;
* Workplace inspections across facilities—including machinery and equipment—to verify compliance with safety standards;
* Accident investigations conducted jointly with contracted consultants to identify root causes and propose corrective measures;
* Preparation of technical reports on risks, accidents, and safety programs;
* Indicator monitoring;
* Control and organization of procurement and inventory of PPE and CPE across facilities.
