Responsibilities: **The Opportunity** Support the manager in addressing daily demands generated by Supply, Finance & Control, HR, Tax, IT, Commercial, Legal, ensuring requests are fulfilled within deadlines. Ensure compliance with PepsiCo policies and procedures. **Your Impact** * Issue purchase orders (POs) for supplier payments – SAP; * Onboard new employees; * Create deliveries for transfer loading; * Monitor operational scenario per shift; * Systematically block retained products; send transport documents for billing; * Support BPA/MIP/EHS Snacks audits; * Enter all materials received from other units and third parties into SAP; correct batch and expiry dates for materials showing discrepancies between physical and system records. Monitor intermediate material transition zones in SAP to ensure no pending items result from user or system movement errors. Comply with GCS SOX requirements; * Traceability and system blocking in SAP for quality-related retained materials; control and reallocate materials transferred to other units; * Manage and reconcile quality-issue materials with customers, distribution centers (DCs), and vendor-managed distribution centers (VDCs); * Return physically and systemically retained pallets to production; * Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Storage Practices (GSP), and Food Safety requirements defined in the SGSA, and apply policies at your workplace.
