If you enjoy challenges, want to make an impact in the market, and grow professionally, Braveo is the right place for you! **Responsibilities and duties** **Work in the sales area representing Oniz/Braveo to small retailers,** according to the assigned customer portfolio. **Conduct in-person visits following a pre-defined route,** completing the work schedule and closing sales in line with departmental objectives and targets. **Implement merchandising actions at the point of sale,** aligned with strategies and practices from partner suppliers and manufacturers. **Strengthen customer relationships,** promoting solid, long-term partnerships. Monitor the entire sales process, from order to delivery and payment, ensuring each transaction is successfully completed. Act proactively in after-sales service, providing support and solutions whenever necessary. **Requirements and qualifications** High school diploma; Previous experience in sales preferred, especially in external retail sales; Desirable skills in negotiation, argumentation, and closing sales; Good communication skills and ability to build strong customer relationships; Organized and disciplined, capable of following visit schedules and meeting established targets; Ability to work with a results-driven mindset and customer focus; Basic knowledge of digital tools and sales applications; Valid driver's license (Category B) and availability for daily travel (using personal vehicle, per company policy); Proactive approach to after-sales activities and efficient resolution of customer demands. **Additional information** * Variable compensation plus bonuses for achieved targets * Full-time position - CLT * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Unimed Health Plan * Dental Plan * Mileage reimbursement (KM) * Life insurance * Profit sharing (PLR) Since May 2021, we have become one of the largest commercial distributors in the country, with over 90,000 active customers and more than 100 partner manufacturers, operating nationwide.
