Join our team! **\#VIBRA \#SOMOSNAT** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor environmental licenses, conditions, and documentation; * Develop the unit’s waste management plan; conduct weekly monitoring of effluent parameters and discharge into receiving bodies; * Monitor daily wastewater treatment at the slaughterhouse; control other environmental monitoring activities; develop programs to reduce consumption of natural resources; * Conduct monthly control of chemicals regulated by the Federal Police; prepare environmental reports and technical opinions; * Audit third-party and integrated partners through external audits; participate in new studies and projects; receive regulatory inspections; manage departmental accounts; * Collaborate with SSMA/RH departments; * Conduct weekly monitoring of cooling tower and boiler water; interface with water and effluent laboratories; * Manage waste-related results; monitor chemical products; control reagent stock levels; * Participate in environmental and certification audits; * Interface with environmental service providers; * Support testing of new products for effluent and water treatment. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience in the field is a plus; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Active CREA registration is a plus. **Additional Information** * Monday to Thursday: 07:30–17:40; Fridays: 07:30–16:40; * Must reside in Soledade; * On-site cafeteria available.
