Organize and archive physical and digital documents of the cooperative. Assist in controlling spreadsheets, registrations, and administrative reports. Provide support to the finance, accounting, or human resources departments as needed. Issue documents, contracts, invoices, or receipts related to the cooperative's activities. Manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence. Assist in registering new cooperative members and updating records. Support the organization of assemblies, meetings, and cooperative events. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Executive Secretary, or Administrative Coordinator may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position.
