PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Approved candidates may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its implementation shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the SEST SENAT Executive Department. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\.. The Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Physiotherapist **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including: dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal/voucher allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Candidates declining the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** 20 hours/week or 30 hours/week **SALARY:** R$ 4358\.26 **UNIT:** Rua Joana Guindani Tonello Industrial \| Bento Gonçalves RS \- 95706300 **Job Summary:** Conducts consultations at SEST clinics and performs outpatient procedures using physiotherapeutic methods and techniques to restore, develop, and maintain clients’ physical capacity, prioritizing spinal treatment (orthopedic rehabilitation) and Global Postural Reeducation (RPG), as well as participating in social, health, and quality-of-life events, projects, programs, and campaigns. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **DOCUMENTATION:** Active registration with the Regional Council of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy (CREFITO). **PROOF:** Copy of the professional identification card issued by the respective Regional Council. (At the time of admission, a “no record” certificate issued by the relevant authority will be required.) **EXPERIENCE:** Proven professional experience in clinical or hospital-based physiotherapy care. **PROOF:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, under penalty of document rejection. Proof of the requested professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and the nature of services rendered, along with a detailed description of performed activities; b) Or copy of the Employment Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including the identification section and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the target position (only if the CTPS entry uses terminology directly corresponding to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of the service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying the activities performed, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove the required experience. **CURRICULUM CONTENT:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation. Pathophysiology of musculoskeletal and cardiorespiratory systems, as well as basic rheumatology covering adult and pediatric populations. Spine: orthopedic rehabilitation. Global Postural Reeducation (RPG). Basic health actions: promotion; prevention; rehabilitation; health barriers and behaviors.
