Job Summary: A professional responsible for creating, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads, developing strategies, analyzing data, and collaborating with creative and sales teams. Key Highlights: 1. Campaign management and optimization on Meta Ads and Google Ads 2. Development of sales funnel strategies and data analysis 3. Alignment with creative and sales teams for lead refinement **Key Responsibilities** * **Operational Management:** Create, monitor, and optimize campaigns on **Meta Ads** (Facebook/Instagram) and **Google Ads** (Search, Display, YouTube). * **Strategy and Scaling:** Develop sales funnel strategies, conduct A/B testing of creatives and audiences to scale ROI/ROAS. * **Data Analysis:** Implement and manage tracking tags (Pixel, GTM, Conversion API) and generate weekly performance reports. * **Integration:** Continuous alignment with creative (copy and design) and sales teams for lead refinement. **Technical Requirements** * Proven experience managing budgets exceeding R$ \[Insert Amount] per month. * Proficiency in: **Google Analytics (GA4\)**, **Google Tag Manager**, and **Looker Studio**. * Solid knowledge of **contingency planning** (essential if the niche is "black" or high-risk for account suspension). **What We’re Looking For?** * Self-motivated and up-to-date profile, keeping pace with platform changes. * Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts or campaigns simultaneously. * Extreme focus on results and conversion goals.
