Job Summary: Responsible for the operational control of the warehouse and fleet, ensuring organization, inventory accuracy, and compliance with internal policies and legal requirements. Focus on organization and inventory accuracy Responsible for executing the operational control of the company's warehouse and fleet, including receiving, inspection, storage, and movement of materials, as well as monitoring vehicle usage, refueling, documentation, and preventive maintenance, thereby ensuring organization, inventory accuracy, and compliance with internal policies and legal requirements. * Receive and inspect materials, verifying quantities and quality against invoices and purchase orders. * Record material receipts and issues in an information system to maintain up-to-date inventory records. * Organize the warehouse according to established standards to facilitate material location and preservation. * Pick and package materials for internal distribution or external shipment. * Conduct periodic inventories to verify and ensure inventory accuracy. * Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety. * Report inventory or fleet management irregularities to the immediate supervisor. **Education:** * Completed High School. **Technical Competencies:** * Basic knowledge of inventory control * Basic knowledge of information systems * Basic knowledge of invoice verification * Basic knowledge of fuel control * 6 months of experience in warehousing or operational control. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Organization * Attention to detail * Responsibility * Proactivity
