Then join us in cooperation! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Work focused on the card product’s financial cycle, covering reconciliation tasks, analysis and evaluation of payment scheme processes involving participants (merchants, acquirers, and card networks), payment allocations, and budgetary analyses; * Address requests from cooperatives and internal stakeholders—whether ad hoc or routine—through our multichannel support system, including chat, internal tickets, or verbal communication; * Participate in meetings and alignment sessions with suppliers and partners to help structure future projects and/or monitor ongoing initiatives, while actively and proactively proposing improvements or identifying situations requiring correction; * Manage routine activities related to credit cards and associated services, including charge evaluations, payment allocations, reconciliations with suppliers, and all aspects of the card’s lifecycle within the payment schemes we participate in; * Act as a collaborative member in continuous efforts to improve team performance by evaluating opportunities for automation, adoption of new tools, or implementation of new processes aimed at increasing operational efficiency. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; * Experience in financial processes, such as reconciliations, results analysis, accounting understanding, and budgetary analysis; * Experience in companies operating within payment schemes (issuers, acquirers, card networks, fintechs, or card-issuing institutions); * Intermediate Excel skills, including proficiency with formulas and creation of spreadsheets and reports; * Knowledge of legislation applicable to the financial sector or payment methods; * Data analysis capability and critical thinking to support decision-making; * Ability to manage multiple tasks with strict adherence to deadlines; * Strong communication and relationship-building skills with diverse audiences; * Proactivity in identifying improvements and resolving recurring issues. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of VBA and Excel Macros; * Experience managing reward points generated from card purchases—including redemption for products or airline tickets, provisioning, invoice reconciliation, and supplier relationship management. **Additional Information** **Our Benefits** Caring for people lies at the heart of everything we do.
