We are seeking a Systems Development Assistant focused on automation, who will develop technological solutions aimed at process optimization, improved operational efficiency, and enhanced internal and member experience. This position will be responsible for identifying automation opportunities, developing solutions, and supporting the cooperative's evolution. What do we expect from you? * Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork; * Attention to detail; * Analytical thinking and continuous improvement mindset; * Ability to organize and manage tasks; * Collaborative work approach. * · **Responsibilities and Duties*** Develop and implement process automation solutions; * Map processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation; * Participate in development, testing, and maintenance of applications and automated routines; * Integrate internal systems and APIs to optimize operational workflows; * Support other cooperative areas in digital process transformation; * Document solutions and development best practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree completed in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * Experience in systems development and process automation; * Experience with API and service integration. * Knowledge of automation languages and platforms, such as Python and Power Automate, is considered a plus.
