We seek a Systems Development Assistant focused on automation, who will work on developing technological solutions aimed at optimizing processes, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing internal and member experience. This position will be responsible for identifying automation opportunities, developing solutions, and supporting the cooperative's evolution. What do we expect from you? * Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork; * Attention to detail; * Analytical thinking and continuous improvement mindset; * Ability to organize and manage tasks; * Collaborative working style. * · **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and implement process automation solutions; * Map processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation; * Work on development, testing, and maintenance of applications and automated routines; * Integrate internal systems and APIs to optimize operational workflows; * Support other cooperative areas in digital transformation of processes; * Document solutions and development best practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * Experience in system development and process automation; * Experience integrating APIs and services. * Knowledge of automation languages and platforms such as Python and Power Automate will be considered a plus.
