Job Summary: The professional will develop and monitor extracurricular educational activities, promoting cognitive and non-cognitive skills in non-formal education programs. Key Highlights: 1. Conducting educational, cultural, recreational, and socioemotional workshops. 2. Experience in educational and/or social projects with children and adolescents. 3. Experience using educational technologies and digital platforms. Education Completed High School in the Normal Magistério modality OR Completed High School + Specific courses in the field of activity (Performing Arts, Visual Arts, Plastic Arts, Music, Dance) OR Currently pursuing a Higher Education degree in the field of activity (Pedagogy, Specific Teaching Licenses: Physical Education, Performing Arts, Visual Arts, Plastic Arts, Music, Dance). Experience Experience conducting educational, cultural, recreational, and socioemotional workshops for children and adolescents, including involvement in educational and/or social projects related to childhood and adolescence implemented in after-school settings. Volunteer experience in educational work with children and/or adolescents carried out in NGOs or non-school educational environments. Experience using educational technologies and digital platforms. Responsibilities Attend to and advise internal and external clients and suppliers. Prepare reports, correspondence, texts, and documents within their area. Develop and monitor extracurricular educational activities through research, analysis, interpretation, and understanding, promoting cognitive and non-cognitive skills (teamwork, interpersonal relationships, resilience, leadership, creativity) in non-formal education programs. Prepare programs and deliver training related to their field of activity and/or integrated programs. Maintain control and records on learners’ progress and performance according to applicable regulations and legislation. Participate in the development, implementation, monitoring, and updating of processes within their area. Participate, as part of working teams, in the development, implementation, execution, and evaluation of plans and projects within their field of activity and/or integrated programs. Identify problems and propose improvement solutions. Manage inventory of materials within their area.
