Promotes a culture of quality and continuous improvement among teams We are seeking a **Junior Quality Analyst** to support and strengthen quality processes, contributing to continuous improvement, product reliability, and excellence in production processes. On-site work at the Soprano Locks and Hardware Unit in Farroupilha/RS. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct internal audits of production processes and lead critical analysis of results. * Analyze quality data and indicators (KPIs), monitor trends, identify improvement opportunities, and report results to involved departments. * Support and guide production and administrative areas regarding quality requirements and criteria, ensuring compliance with established standards. * Participate in critical analysis meetings and continuous improvement projects, contributing data and proposals for process enhancement. * Conduct root cause analyses and support the definition and implementation of corrective and preventive actions. * Propose improvements aimed at reducing waste, rework, and increasing process efficiency. * Ensure quality criteria align with market and customer needs. * Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement among teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Quality Management, Administration, or related fields. * Experience in the Quality area within an industrial environment. * Knowledge of quality tools (e.g., root cause analysis, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, PDCA). * Familiarity with internal process audits and verification of compliance with procedures and standards. * Ability to critically analyze quality data and indicators. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and tracking. **Additional Information** **Benefits That Care for You!** At Soprano, we believe a healthy environment begins with care.
