Join our team! **\#VIBRA \#SOMOSNAT** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct recruitment and selection activities; * Perform candidate profile analyses; * Contribute to defining attraction strategies; * Maintain the company's database (resumes) up to date; * Carry out and organize the onboarding process for selected candidates; * Execute and manage position-related processes: employee follow-up and evaluation; * Lead the company’s development programs; * Receive and analyze requests for personnel movement; * Prepare management reports and maintain recruitment and selection indicators; * Contribute to developing recruitment and selection policies; * Lead and monitor training, development, and internal communication initiatives for the unit; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related fields; * Basic computer skills; * Prior experience in the field is a plus; **Additional Information** * Willingness to relocate to Soledade/RS.
