Work at sports and corporate events S*occer Hospitality Holding*, a reference in premium lounges and high-end hospitality in Brazil, has 1 opening for a **Kitchen Assistant** to work at the *Imortal Sports Bar Lounge*, located at Arena do Grêmio in Porto Alegre - RS. For this position, we seek professionals who, together with our chef, will be responsible for food delivery in our new space, supporting menu creation, pre-preparation, preparation, and restocking of all food items. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist the chef in menu creation and execution; * Perform food pre-preparation, preparation, restocking, and finalization; * Ensure food delivery complies with the company’s quality standards; * Strictly follow internal food safety, cleaning, and sanitation protocols; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workplace, surfaces, equipment, tableware, and utensils; * Work at sports and corporate events held in the lounge. **Requirements:** * Prior kitchen experience; * Availability to work on weekends and holidays; * Agility, sense of urgency, and attention to detail; * Responsibility, organization, and commitment; * Collaborative spirit and willingness to learn. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working at events; * Education or training in Gastronomy; * Interest in professional development and career growth in this field. **What We Seek:** * Energetic, proactive individuals eager to grow with our team and help deliver premium gastronomic experiences in one of Brazilian football’s most iconic venues.
